I’d assume you can get them at any local market that caters to rasta buyers, or even alternative stores. Basically, if you can buy a bong there, they should have some hats. And the specific hat is called a ‘tam’.

It’s a nickname for Damian Marley. I assume it’s from “Godzilla”.
